Ink & Key is a Windows desktop app. Windows 11 and updated Windows 10 already include Microsoft's WebView2 runtime; if your PC lacks it, the installer fetches it from Microsoft once (~150 MB). Mac and Linux come in 2027.
That includes the recommended AI model, a 6.6 GB download. After that download, the internet is only needed for optional updates.
